I have written on issues relating to psychology and mental health since 2013, and have written for The Guardian since 2014. Since then I have appeared on television and radio, including BBC Radio 4, the BBC World Service, the BBC Asian Network and Ireland’s NewsTalk FM. I was an invited speaker at Time to Change’s All-Staff Away Day in 2018, and I have experience of designing and delivering workplace wellbeing sessions to City firms including Linklaters, Henderson Group, and Alliance Bernstein.

More recently, I have been invited to consult on a number of performance pieces: In 2018 I consulted on ‘Lobster’, a play exploring themes of mental health and loss in lesbian relationships, and in 2019 I consulted on 'Circles', a choreopoem exploring the impact of generational trauma on diaspora communities. In January 2021 I chaired a panel discussion with the creative team behind ‘Saturn Returns’ at the Southbank Centre.
